The Leader Behind the Lessons
Leadership has been the common thread of my career — Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer, executive advisor, coach, facilitator, author, and adjunct professor. I've partnered with leaders through growth, transformation, mergers, and culture change.
Most recently Senior Managing Partner with McLean & Company, advising CHROs around the world. Teaching at Carnegie Mellon showed me how powerful practical learning can be — and that question led me to Mahjong, and to this book.
